Tatman's Towing

Thanks to Travis at Tatman's Towing for his great service on 6/25/26! I placed a call to AAA for a flat tire, and Travis arrived pretty quickly, and was knowledgable, patient, kind, courteous, and so helpful when I had general questions. He went the extra mile to make sure the spare tire he put on was fully inflated and free of damage (it was really low from sitting unused), and that we would be safe to drive on the road. He even recommended a trustworthy, reliable used tire business that we could go to in order to replace the tire, if we weren't planning on purchasing new tires right now. I was very pleased overall with his service, attention to detail, and the quick response. And, I have to say, since moving to Champaign 4 years ago, my husband and I have made a number of AAA service requests, for new batteries for both our cars, electrical system testing/minor repair advice, battery charging, 2x punctured tires, a short in-town tow, and even a 200-mile tow for an out-of-state friend who broke down here. All of these calls were fulfilled by the team at Tatman's Towing, and each experience was a really good one, and the service team members were all skilled, helpful, and professio

Thank you to Steven for his down to earth, knowledgeable, kind, & professional demeanor. Steven is an excellent listener. His goal. Lesley is to meet & exceed basic common business practices excelling in customer satisfaction & peace of mind. Tatman towing’s owners & managers I’m sure are proud of their employees & exemplify what it means to act on behalf of their company’s goals exemplified by basic & real “TEAM” methods. There really is no “I” in team. When Steven arrived promptly while communicating via text the whole way he arrived w/ the appropriate flatbed truck. He lifted the hood & identified right away the issue at hand without hesitation. He was very careful to load the car onto Tatman’s flatbed tow truck. When he drove off I had no second thoughts that my car would arrive straight away to its final destination & safely. Steven had new, car finish, chrome tires rim safe stabilizing straps he put in place in minutes making the car look as though it was a gift package. Ive lived in Champaign for a decade and have never used any other towing service. Tatman’s individuals are a very positive group of individuals. There care far exceeds many companies level of customer service

Called AAA since my car was not starting. They dispatched Steven to me, and he was absolutely incredible. Even though the weather was gross, he was so kind and gave me a full report, jump-started the car, and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the issue. Such a good experience and so fast.
